Memorial Tree

The Memorial Tree in the gathering area offers you the opportunity to remember a loved one or honor a relative or friend by having a lasting memorial in their honor. Consider commemorating a special event, or day with a leaf, acorn or stone engraved with wording you select.
The minimum donation for an engraved leaf is $250. Interested donors shall return the completed donation form and check to the church, with all checks being made out to GUMC/Memorial Tree.
Leaf        $250
Acorn      $2,500
Stone      $5,000
 When a new leaf, acorn or stone is requested, the item chosen will be engraved and attached to the memorial tree in the church gathering area with your special wording.  If you have questions, contact a member of the Board of Trustees.

Remember!

þ  Participation in the memorial tree is voluntary.
þ Donor designates how money will be spent. If no designation is made, donation will go into the memorial fund which is administered by the Board of Trustees.
þ   Donation form must be completed and turned in to church office.
