Garner UMC sponsors a youth basketball league for Jr. High and Sr. High Youth. Many of the area churches are a part of this league. Games are played on Thursdays and Saturdays in the Christian Life Center during the months of January and February. Practices are held on Monday and Thursday nights.

Men's Basketball is on Wednesday nights starting at 7 PM. This is just a time of informal pick-up games.
