Serve: Children's Ministry

Below is a current listing of opportunities to serve in our Children's Ministry. The items that are bold represent an immediate need that we have.

Please note that all persons working in our Children's ministry area will be subject to a background check and must adhere to Safe Sanctuaries policy. A representative from this ministry will contact you shortly.

Nursery Servant - Make a Commitment to Serve

• Description: To share God’s love by nurturing infants on a rotational servants schedule.  This includes some cuddling and helping take care of infants through age walking during the Sunday School Hour, 9:15-10:30

Infant Childcare Provider - Make a Commitment to Serve

• Description: To share God’s love on a rotational Servant’s schedule by helping take care of infants through walking during worship service, 10:30-12:00

Toddler Childcare Provider- Make a Commitment to Serve

• Description: To bring joy to children in the toddler room on a rotational servants schedule.  This includes playtime and helping take care of toddlers  ages walking to two years during Sunday School, 9:15-10:30.

Toddler Childcare Provider - Make a Commitment to Serve

• Description: To bring joy to children in the toddler room on a rotational servants schedule..  This includes playtime and  helping take care of toddlers  ages walking to two years during Sunday School Hour, 10:30-12:00.

Children’s Church Leader (JOG Service) - Make a Commitment to Serve

• Description:  To lead or assist  in sharing God’s love with children on a rotational servants schedule.   Children’s church kids, ages  3-6,  enjoy bible time, crafts, and games with a message.  Lessons and materials provided.

Children’s Church Leader (Traditional Service) - Make a Commitment to Serve

• Description: To lead or assist  in sharing God’s love with children on a rotational servants schedule Children’s church kids, ages  3-6,  enjoy bible time, crafts, and games with a message.  Lessons and materials provided.

Wonderful Wednesday Childcare for Infants - Make a Commitment to Serve

• Description: To cuddle and take care of babies in the nursery on a rotational servants schedule from 6:15-7:30 on Wednesday evenings.

Wonderful Wednesday Child Care for Older Toddlers/Preschoolers - Make a Commitment to Serve

• Description:  To play and bring joy in the toddler/ preschool room on a rotational servants schedule from 6:15-7:30 on Wednesday Evenings. Bible Lessons with an age oriented craft or game and materials will be provided.

Wonderful Wednesday Faith Friends Classroom Servant - Make a Commitment to Serve

• Description:  To interact and share God’s message in the elementary age classroom on a rotational schedule.  This would include  helping with music, games, bible lessons, and hands on activities.

 Mission Friends Classroom Servant - Make a Commitment to Serve

• Description: To demonstrate Jesus love by working with the kids, mainly ages 2nd-5th grade the first Sunday of every month as they work on various Mission and outreach projects.

Children's Sunday School Teachers - Make a Commitment to Serve

• Description:  To lead children in learning more about God’s love by sharing scripture through activities, crafts, puzzles, and music DVD’s for ages kindergarten-5th grade.  (Classes are divided by ages k-1, 2nd-3rd, 4th-5th).

Special Events Child Care - Make a Commitment to Serve

• Description:  Providing childcare during special services, or church wide events where a infant, toddler, or preschool nursery is needed.
